4. Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment-related SMS messages from Selfhub AI and the business you book with, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and cancellation notices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

SMS messages are only sent after you have provided affirmative consent — by checking the SMS consent box on the registration, booking, or client form. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message we send you, and you can request help by replying HELP.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
