1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Selfhub AI ("the Service"), operated by Selfhub AI LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Selfhub AI provides an appointment booking and business management platform that connects clients with service professionals. The platform includes booking, scheduling, client management, and AI-powered business setup tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
  • You may sign in using email/password or third-party providers (Google, Facebook, Apple).

4. Business Accounts

  • Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, services, and pricing.
  • Businesses must honor confirmed appointments unless cancelled with reasonable notice.
  • Internal notes added to appointments are visible only to business staff and are not shared with clients.
  • Business accounts may invite employees who will have access to business data as configured by the owner.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Clients may book appointments through the platform based on available time slots.
  • Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses.
  • Selfhub AI is not responsible for disputes between clients and businesses regarding services rendered.

6. Payments and Deposits

Some businesses may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are processed through Stripe Connect. Refund eligibility is determined by the business's policy. Selfhub AI is not a party to transactions between clients and businesses.

7. SMS Notification Terms

Selfhub AI may send appointment-related SMS notifications to users who provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment reschedule/change notifications, and appointment cancellation notifications.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact Selfhub AI support at [email protected].

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Post reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or violate the rights of others

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Selfhub AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Selfhub AI provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
